I would highly recomend Bassam as he was very honest from the very beginning and provided us with a high sence of confidence. He didn’t set our expectations too high nor too low and provided info on previous sales in our area to help us get an idea of the market. He was contactable whenevever we needed him and were very happy with the sale price of our unit as we got more than what we expected. As a seller, Bassam was very creative on how he marketed my home and handled the transaction. The one thing that impressed me the most about Bassam was the fact that he was very professional with straight talking. Bassam was upfront and told me the high and low value I could get for my property. My house went under contract within 3 days after advertising at the high price valuation. Bassam attended many house valuations and inspections for buyer without me being at home. Buyer for my house was very fussy and Bassam managed to handle the situation well and get the sale over the line. His advise to me during the cooling down period was exceptional. Bassam is a strong negotiator. I recommend highly if you are in the process of buying and/or selling your home.
